About me
Katie brings together creative strategy and learning design expertise for innovative solutions. She collaborates on project-based opportunities within educational organizations, integrating creativity into strategy to inspire transformational outcomes in teaching and learning – in early childhood, primary, secondary, and higher education settings. Presently, she is collaborating with FableVision Learning to bring their mission of kindness and generosity to recharging educators and empowering learners around the world.
Katie launched InsideOut Creativity in 2024 to grow a collective of educational specialists and supporters of Teacher Creativity worldwide. She is an active member of the Creative Education Foundation (CEF) and an alumna of the Master of Science in Creativity and Change Leadership, where she continues to collaborate with a diverse and wonderful community of Creative Change Leaders.
Successfully raising a neurodivergent child to adulthood while navigating the education system has profoundly influenced her work. She is currently pursuing collaborative research across diverse communities, focusing on the relationship and interdependence of Neurodiversity and Creativity, with the goal to bring this knowledge to Teachers, so they can effectively support neurodivergent students in all educational contexts.
