Sari brings together her background as design thinker, facilitator, MBA, and  coach to create engaging and productive  experiences. Known for her playful yet intentional style, she leads workshops through her company, Wishful Thinking, helping teams uncover new ideas and better ways of working—whether they’re individuals, nonprofits, or global corporations. On top of that, she’s passionate about inspiring the next generation of design leaders as an Adjunct Professor at the Institute of Design at Illinois Tech, where she developed and teaches courses in Facilitation Methods and Teaming Methods.
