Creative Problem Solving Institute 2025

Kris Stanec, MAT, directs Creativity and Innovation at Colorado College. A faculty member for 25+ years, she facilitates sessions across contexts that prioritize active engagement. Her creative leadership transforms learning, cultivates communities, and enhances possibilities for all involved. Kris's expertise in developing pedagogies comes from her experience in data-driven assessment to design and deliver programs; she fosters positive relationships that generate impactful teams. Kris has also directed Museum Education, the Partnership for Civic Engagement, and worked with non-profits and businesses to accomplish goals. Kris believes in the power of metaphor and imagination to create better spaces for our collective humanity.
