With 20+ years of personal and leadership development experience, Kathy accompanies individuals and activates groups with deep listening, powerful questions, and creative processes. Based in Western New York and serving nationally and internationally, Kathy founded Teal Horizon Coaching LLC in 2022 to bring life and hope to others and help them lead their whole lives with purpose.
