I’m Jacobien (not an easy go-to name, phonetically pronounced as Ya-koh-BEEN), founder of Joone Graphics, and I’m endlessly fascinated by how we think, create, and bring ideas to life — and how making things visible helps along the way. I help entrepreneurs, academic professionals, and leaders of change design and use visual support systems like Obeya that turn complex goals and ideas into clear, actionable overviews.
For me, visualization isn’t just about drawing — it’s about clarity, focus, alignment, and creating a meaningful rhythm in how we work (together). Whether I’m guiding someone in making a stunning flipchart or supporting a team in building a living, breathing mirror of their business, I bring my whole creative, uncanningly structured, and slightly playful self to the process.
