About me
Katie Ravich is a multifaceted professional, blending roles as a designer, artist, educator and creativity advocate. She has a B.A. in Visual Communications from the University of Technology, Sydney and a M.S. in Creativity and Change Leadership from Buffalo State University (August 2024). Katie is passionate about nurturing creativity in teachers – inspiring them to embrace their creativity as a fundamental aspect of leveraging talents and skills they already use in their profession. She advocates for a learning environment that is nurturing, relational and values emotional well-being alongside intellectual growth for everyone. She believes teachers can be a catalyst for change if they embrace their creativity from the ‘inside out’. Katie currently works in the Learning Support team at Lindfield Learning Village, a K-12 school in Sydney, Australia. She is a recipient of the Dr. Mary Murdock Creative Spirit Award 2024.
